Replacements and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within three months of your order date. We offer a one-time replacement tree free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. If we do not have the same tree in stock, we will replace it with a similar item.
If the customer prefers a refund, please return the tree to Sorelle Farms, 975 CR 2220, Mineola TX, 75773, with your order number and explanation. Once we have received the tree, we will issue a full refund. (Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.)
If your tree arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement free of charge or a refund if the tree is no longer available, including shipping fees. Please send an image of the box if it is damaged in any way, a close-up image of the plant damage as well as a picture of the entire plant to [email protected]. Include your order number and name and description of the problem.
We offer a six-month warranty for plants purchased while in winter dormancy. If your tree does not leaf out in the spring, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Please send a picture of the entire plant to [email protected]. Include your order number and name and description of the problem.
*Please note, multi-graft tree orders are excluded from this warranty. We are unable to guarantee all of the grafts on these trees will survive once they have left our nursery and have been planted at your home.
