Monterrey White oak was recently discovered in the U.S. (1992) as a native tree species, A medium-sized oak with a broad, rounded crown. Drought tolerant, resistant to Oak Wilt. Semi-evergreen that does not lose its leaves in the winter but sheds and regrows leaves in the spring. Adaptable to a wide range of soil types
