The Overcup Oak is adaptable to any soil being able to grow in both wet and dry soils. It was one of the smaller oak trees growing to a mature height of 40 feet, making it perfect for a small yard. It also attracts lots of wildlife to the unique acorns it produces. The wood is very sturdy and is used for logging. It has a symmetrical canopy.
